Refund policy

Mouza Style sells digital downloadable products. Because digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the download or access link has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You received the wrong file.
• The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded.
• The product is materially different from its description.

We will first try to resolve the issue by replacing the file or providing a new download link. If we cannot resolve the problem, we may issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, lack of required software or skills, or failure to read the product description before purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
